Returns Policy

Once you have received your goods, you will have plenty of time to unpack and try on the items ordered. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return individual items, or the entire order. We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make.

In the event that you are not satisfied or have had a change of mind and wish to return a product please contact us by our website Contact Us form for a return address and return the items in their original packaging enclosing the packing slip in the package retaining a free proof of postage receipt in case of loss/damage.

A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. In short, we require the product to be in the same condition you received it in and in a condition that will allow us to sell it to another customer as new.

If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email.

For personalised items, due to the nature of these products, returns will only be accepted if the product has been damaged in transit or if there is an error that was caused on our behalf.

If goods are returned in a used and non-saleable condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for the product. Such a restocking charge shall be charged at our absolute and sole discretion.
